Conditions of Licence.


The data files and documentation supplied under the name of "PC-Rail Services" are licensed to the purchaser (The Licensee). The supplied data may be used on one personal computer. Copies of the software may be made for backup purposes only. PC-Rail programs are copyright and the Licensee agrees to uphold these copyrights. This Licence is personal to the Licensee and may not be assigned to any other person, persons or company. The Licensee agrees to take all possible steps to protect the software from unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution.


Under no circumstances will liability exceed the purchase price of the software nor include any consequential, incidental or indirect loss arising from its use.
These conditions may be varied by any special written Licence document (e.g. Site Licence) issued to a specific user.
